I was a Customer Service Representative for 3 years, catering to a US account. I had also been in the Health Maintenance Business as a Balanced Scorecard Analyst and a Plan Implementation and Monitoring Analyst for almost 6 years. I have also had experience doing voiceovers in English and Tagalog due to the audiovisual presentations to be submitted to top management. I have also done a significant amount of transcription work in order to monitor the strategies of the company. I am currently a Team Leader as well as an active writer in my company's writing department.
