Hi! I'm Anna, a Project Manager and Licensed Mechanical Engineer with over 7 years of experience in project management, construction, MEPF, and QA/QC.
I currently work remotely as a Project Manager for a New York-based signage company, where I manage projects from kickoff through completion. My responsibilities include client communication, project scheduling, shop drawings and submittals, procurement, vendor coordination, production, installation scheduling, billing coordination, change orders, and project closeout.
I have experience coordinating cross-functional remote teams and working with clients, project managers, project coordinators, estimators, graphic artists, production teams, and local and international vendors. I am comfortable managing multiple projects, tracking deadlines, following up on deliverables, and making sure everyone involved is aligned on project priorities.
Before transitioning into remote project management, I built a strong technical background in the construction industry, working on major building and railway projects as an MEPF QA/QC Engineer, MEPFS Engineer, and Project-in-Charge. This experience has strengthened my ability to review technical information, identify potential issues, coordinate with different stakeholders, and manage projects with attention to quality and detail.
I am proficient in Procore, Asana, Slack, Fieldwire, Microsoft Office, and CAD/CAM.
