I am also an ESL Teacher by career. I have been teaching English to Koreans, Japanese, Chinese and Russians for 9 yrs now, both offline and online so I can say I have good English communication skills and computer skills. I know how to use Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel and the like.
After my teaching experience, I worked in a sourcing company as a Business Development Officer and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. My job functions range from making Company Profile, Business proposals and looking for potential partner BPO companies for our sourcing company.
I have also worked as a screener/talent acquisition specialist, so I know how to source and screen applicants who passed the prescreening ----------- coaching, I give tips on how to properly answer interview questions so when I endorse them to our partner companies, they will be very confident that they will get hired.
