For nearly two years, I worked as an Advanced Technical Support Representative at a leading web hosting company in the Philippines, specializing in resolving complex issues involving domain transfers, DNS configurations, FTP setups, and email management. In this role, I ensured a seamless and efficient online experience for clients while providing technical expertise across a wide range of Content Management Systems (CMS), including WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
I also worked with a publishing company for three years as a Website Developer and Cybersecurity Officer for the entire organization. In addition, I handled freelance projects involving website development, email administration, system administration, and Linux server management for hosting services, further strengthening my ability to manage and secure web infrastructure across different environments.
Driven by a strong passion for web development, I honed my technical foundation at Javasphere Computer Learning Center, where I mastered HTML, CSS, Python, and Linux fundamentals. I also studied web graphics design at SM Overdrive Computer Learning Center, gaining proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, GIMP, and Fireworks. Although Javasphere eventually closed, the knowledge and skills I acquired there continue to play a vital role in my technical development.
Today, I specialize in designing and developing custom WordPress solutions tailored to client needs. I build and customize WordPress themes, develop eCommerce websites using WooCommerce, and handle full website setup, installation, and optimization. My focus is on creating responsive, user-friendly, and conversion-oriented websites with strong UI/UX design principles to ensure meaningful user engagement.
With over 8 years of experience in the digital industry, I bring a well-rounded understanding of web development, hosting systems, Linux environments, and cybersecurity.
