My name is -----------. I graduated last May 2018 from the University of the East-Manila with a bachelor of science degree in Psychology. I am a licensed Psychometrician and a Certified HR Associate. I started my career as an HR Associate in a BPO setting for more than half a year and transferred to a Chinese School as an HR Staff. I have been in a generalist role for more than 3 years and I believe I have a strong set of skills in various HR-related task such as Recruitment, Timekeeping, Payroll and benefits, Training and development, Employee relations, and Administrative works.
Last June 2022, I was hired as a Program Coordinator in an RPO company. I facilitates and oversees a variety of processes under Meta and Caterpillar account during the entire contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. We support NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC region. I also facilitate different reports, expenses, timecards, extension, and amendments of assignments. I have a vast knowledge in using different VMS tools such as Beeline, IQNavigator, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
I am extremely organized with the ability to prioritize things.
