I didn't start in pharmacy. I started by breaking things.
Before I ever touched a prescription, I was reverse-engineering Excel sheets, building trading bots, and figuring out why automated systems fail. That instinct followed me through pharmacy school and into the clinic.
Today I work as Medical Operations Specialist & Admin Manager for a US telehealth clinic — managing patient records, refills, pharmacy coordination, and the full prescription pipeline in Zoho CRM. I also built and maintain a 33-script automation suite (Tampermonkey + Chrome DevTools Protocol) that removed the repetitive admin from daily operations: hours saved per shift, with human sign-off on every action, by design.
Clinical foundation: Registered Pharmacist with a 91.07% board rating (95 Practice of Pharmacy, 95 Pharmacology-Pharmacokinetics), HIPAA certified, with internships across hospital, industrial, and community pharmacy.
What I bring to a remote team:
- Medical operations & healthcare administration: patient records, refills, prescription pipeline, pharmacy coordination
- Clinical data & automation: Zoho CRM, Google Sheets / Excel (VBA), API integrations, custom browser automation
- Process design: turning manual workflows into systems — if it shouldn't be manual, that's my specialty
- Detail discipline: HIPAA-aware, precision-focused, no hand-holding needed
Looking for remote roles where clinical knowledge and systems thinking overlap: medical operations, healthcare administration, clinical data, and virtual assistance for clinical teams. I'm early in my career, pick things up fast, and care about getting details right.
