The experiences gained from the tasks mentioned above helped me develop a better understanding of execution, daily operations, and problem-solving while managing ongoing and underlying issues. These experiences made me more confident in handling different situations not only with solutions in mind, but also with compassion at heart.
For me, healthcare is an important part of people’s lives, which is why I always treat my work as if I were in the shoes of the clients and individuals I support. This is also the reason integrity has become one of my core work ethics, as I value not only my role, but also the lives of the people I serve.
