I am a Registered Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications OSP and access network engineering, supporting carrier-grade fiber and copper deployments for large telecom environments. My background includes delivering constructible network designs, managing Engineering Work Order (EWO) packages, and ensuring compliance with carrier standards, NEC/NESC guidelines, and customer acceptance criteria.
I specialize in OSP and FTTH network design, including fiber route engineering, cable entrance facilities, MDU distribution, riser and unit layouts, macro site planning, and as-built documentation. My role has consistently involved on-site surveys, utility and as-built analysis, conflict identification, and constructability validation to ensure designs are field-ready and cost-efficient.
In leadership roles, I have led engineering teams and subcontractors, performed QA/QC reviews of survey and design outputs, coordinated closely with GIS and CAD teams, and acted as a technical liaison between clients, vendors, and field supervisors. I support full project lifecycles—from design and permitting through QAT/UAT acceptance, change order management, billing closeout, and as-built delivery.
I am experienced in risk identification, scope control, and process improvement, ensuring schedule adherence and design integrity across fast-paced telecom deployments. Currently, I am further strengthening my infrastructure planning expertise through a Master’s program in Urban Development and Management, complementing my technical background with urban-scale network planning insight.
I am seeking opportunities where I can contribute to Verizon-style access network projects, engineering leadership, and high-quality fiber deployments in complex urban and MDU environments.
