As Patient Engagement Specialist part of my job is to to make sure that we provide the right details of our client’s health, dental, and prescription benefits by checking or using portals/software to check their eligibility and benefits. We are also providing solution to their weight loss programs by sending a Prior Authorization request to their insurance/payer through cover-----------ds portal, we also secure patient's Intake form, Chart note, Medical record, and Letter of Medical Necessity for higher chances of approved prior authorization.
