I specialize in tracing heirs for Texas properties, backed by a strong understanding of intestacy laws, inheritance rules, and the full process of reviewing probates, court records, and legal filings.
I create accurate family trees, provide clear and organized case summaries, and analyze relationships to determine rightful heirs. My approach is detail-oriented, efficient, and rooted in thorough verification of all information sources.
I also have solid experience in title searches and property comping, allowing me to confirm ownership history and provide reliable property value insights.
Currently working in this field and open to part-time opportunities, I bring a combination of genealogical expertise, property research skills, and strong analytical ability to support legal, real estate, and investigative teams.
I am also associated with an agency, Meev Assist. I am in the proccess in doing skill transfer on my team who will then teach qualified persons to be genealogist/researcher to a real estate company.
