I’m a graduate of Civil Engineer. I worked as Cost Engineer in Makati Development Corporation where I checked and verified subcontractor billings and accomplishment with the use of MS Excel then I input data in SAP System. I also processed Purchased Order in SAP. I also prepare subcon monthly charges like electric & water consumption. I also work in RD Policarpio & Co. where I prepare & submit Interim & Final Billing for the project. I coordinate with the clients and Main Office. I estimate As Built quantities and Variation Order. I can operate Autocad for drawings. I do letters and certifications and prepare necessary documents for the project. Answer email inquiries about subcontractors and call them. I submit the delivery receipt and total amount of Concrete Treated Base, Asphalt and submit it in the main office. In ASR Construction & Hardware I am canvassing materials in different supplier and order materials to be use in our project. I also make invoices for sold items in our construction supply and count the quantity to be delivered. In Federal Builder I estimate tiles quantity required to be used in our costumer homes. My latest work as a Virtual Assistant is in Amazon Seller Central, where I do Inventory Report, Advertising Report, edit Campaign Bid, product research, processed order, Product Listings, prepare Known Issues Report, Monitor Feedback and Reviews and Invoice management. I am using ASANA in doing the given task, Google spreadsheet and MS Excel.I have training in Quickbooks online in Booking 101 and Xero Accounting, Australian taxation and payroll in EZACC Training Center with certificate of completion. I can use Planswift for estimation.You should hire me because I am dedicated to my work. I can easily learn new things and I am good at researching processes, if the software or skills that I am not familiar with. I am committed and constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
