I've been in the Healthcare Industry since 2017. I started my healthcare career as a hospital-based office clerk in Radiology Department at one of an ISO certified leading tertiary-level hospital in the Philippines. With that, I gained experience professionally communicating with Doctors and patients, as well as introduction to medical terminologies, which leads as an edge when I switched to BPO industry. My area of expertise are data entry, customer service, insurance verification and prior authorization. I've worked as a customer service representative in a medical insurance company assisting policy subscribers with their plan coverage. Also, I worked with a DME supplier based in the US, processing insurance verification and prior authorization, over the phone, faxes and online through insurances’ portal and web vendors.
