I am a licensed Civil Engineer and accredited Materials Engineer I with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. I have been involved in projects from the substructure phase all the way to structural and architectural topping-off, both for mid-rise commercial buildings and residential developments.Throughout my career, I have handled tasks across all phases of the construction cycle—from pre-construction planning to on-site execution. This includes: Preparing design plans, estimates, and quantity take-offs during early project stages. Executing project management, site supervision, and QA/QC inspections during implementation Conducting material testing and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
I'm proficient in the following tools:PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, SketchUp Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office tools. I’m also adaptable and always open to learning new software or systems required for your workflow.
