I have been in the call center industry for more than 9 years now. I was a Vacation Reservation Specialist for RCI (Resorts Condominiums International), Team Lead for SiriusXm, Team Lead for Lyft, CSR for an E-commerce account, and currently a Recruitment Specialist for an Online Job Agency. As a form of getaway from my job, I do a Pro Bono job in a radio station where I am able to express myself through music and doing commentaries. I have a home right before the ocean as I love the beach. Through these, I get to relax a bit.
