I am a member of the Institution of Certified Bookkeepers (MICB) and recently passed as a Registered Cost Accountant (RCA), and have garnered substantial experience in the field. My previous roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting practices and a keen eye for detail. Here's a brief overview of my experience:
Billing and Collections Officer: At a construction company in the Philippines, I managed accounts receivable, prepared billing documents (invoices, delivery receipts, purchase orders, contracts), and utilized QuickBooks Desktop for encoding and reporting. I also maintained various financial reports, including the Forecast of Collections and Accounts Receivable and Payables.
Store Accountant at McDonald's Capital Town: I handled sales reporting, monthly inventory reports, month-end inventory and cash count audits, and managed payment endorsements for petty cash, deliveries, and cash advances. My performance was recognized, and I was commended as an Outstanding Store Accountant.
Accounting Support: In my current role, I oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, project controls, preparing invoices and statements of accounts, managing collections, managing payments in various currencies and handling bank and credit card reconciliations using Ajera and QuickBooks Online. Preparation of monthly closing procedures, financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss, cashflows. And I have been honored as one of the Core Value Awardees.
