I have a total of 7-year working experience in various careers. After I graduated college, I became a Human Resource Assistant in one of the international cargo handling services here in the Philippines. As an HR Assistant for 3 years, I managed to enhance the critical organizational capabilities of the management and labor union in dealing with the challenges to be faced. I also established a positive human resource management where employee satisfaction surveys and updated training were implemented quarterly to ensure a 95% to 100% high satisfaction rate from the ----------- seeking a greener future, I also did public service for 4 years working as a member of the Legislative Council here in my motherland. I crafted 50 resolutions and implemented 95% of them to ensure and promote the general welfare of the community and provide basic services to the ----------- my free time, I make sure that I am continuously learning by attending course training that is necessary in today's digital era and digital marketing.
