I've been in the BPO industry for 10 years and I am so grateful with the opportunities this industry has given me. It taught me to be confident and to always believe in my capabilities and I am very proud to say that within 6 months I became a top performer and has been consistently part of the hall of famers. It was one of my proud -----------nts because I never really thought that I would make it that far and had stayed with my 1st company for 4 years and every -----------nt spent was worth it. Opportunity came and I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert where I was able to share my learnings and product knowledge to new hires and my tenured team mates. Then another opportunity was offered where I was able to enhanced my knowledge and skills in Sabre and Amadeus. It was challenging at first but because of my determination to learn I get pass through it and become part of the Schedule Change/Ticketing team of an Australian travel agency but they had to closed down so I d----------- to apply to another call center and I passed, became a CSR for 2 months and got promoted to become a Team Manager. I learned a lot from this position. I started to be more open to people since I am no longer working for myself. I had to think for the betterment of my agents and the whole team. It taught me to be more patient and to still stay focus even when put under pressure. Tasks are given and we made sure that it is done and completed on or before the deadline. I learned to always be prepared whenever you're ask to cover for someone or you have to be flexible in terms of schedules.
