I am a BS Psychology graduate with three years of substantial experience in the field of human resources. The high points of my experience are as follows: the recruitment process, employees' relations and performance, trainings, compensations, employment requirements, contracts, and administrative tasks.
I am currently studying for a master of arts degree with a major in counseling psychology and have finished 30 units of foundation and specialization courses. I have enhanced my skills and gained new ideas I can share with people I serve and the company I work at in the future. I also gained experiences in my internship program that focused on mental health services such as psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological assessment.
I also have experience in sales and marketing as a financial advisor. I have been essentially involved in selling life insurance and promoting investment products on different platforms. Moreover, I have developed excellent interpersonal skills and given remarkable service to all my clients, which made me a more passionate individual in every work that I am practicing.
I can do basic skills like data entry, internet research, reports, and presentations using Google Workspace like Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
I can manage to deal with clients, both internal and external, through emails, video calls, and phone calls. Also, I have the basic idea in graphic design using Canva and project management tools. I am hard-working and can easily adapt. I can communicate well in the English language to create a better working relationship.
Furthermore, I am confident that I can give an outstanding and professional performance in my job. I have been continuously learning the basic and advanced knowledge on how to be an effective virtual assistant in different areas like digital marketing and office and admin competencies.
