With reference to my experience, I have the skills to do the job and with that I can deliver good results. I have all the qualities that a customer service agent should possess. I am disciplined, patient and flexible. I have good communication skills towards my clients. And it is not just my background in my previous job but also I have the people skills which will be applied to this position.
