Greetings! I embarked on my IT journey in October 2021, and I'm currently continuing my career at the same company. To date, I remain the sole IT professional within the organization. During my tenure, I've been actively involved in initiating and overseeing various tasks and projects for the company. This includes the development of systems using no-code platforms such as Notion, Zapier, Airtable, Twilio, and ----------- .
Additionally, I took the initiative to set up both Wi-Fi and CCTV systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience in basic networking principles. As we have now transitioned to full operational status, I have assumed the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of essential components, including internet connectivity, CCTV systems, hotel management systems, and various resort equipment. My primary goal is to ensure that these systems and equipment are consistently operating at peak performance, providing the best possible service to our organization.
