I have been working as an online English tutor for more than 4 years now - I teach international students mainly Japanese, Koreans, Taiwanese, Thai, Vietnamese, with some from Spain, Turkey, Portugal and Brazil. Before entering the world of ESL teaching, I worked in BPO industry where I honed my communication skills. I also worked as a chat support in Comcast and both as a customer service representative and technical support representative in Spectrum (formerly known as TWC SoCal) where I also cultivated my skills in data entry and troubleshooting technical issues.
