I worked as an Office/Site Engineer & Quantity Surveyor.
In November 2018 I passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Exam then the following month, a (AAA) General Contractor company trusted me to start my career there as a Civil Engineer.

- Assigned in Documentation: composing Request for Approval, Request for Information, Request for Inspection, Material Inspection, Inquiry Letters, Material Delivery Reports, Daily Construction Reports, and Weekly Progress Reports submitted to the Consultant Management, Designer, Technical Working Group & Owner’s Representatives
- Prepared and Organized the Requirements for Progress Billing
- Prepared and Organized the Operations and Maintenance Manual of the Equipment & Fixtures installed for the Project Turn Over
- Documented the Compliance of Punch lists and Supervised Maintenance Work
During more than 4 years of working with them, I realized that I enjoyed estimating, so I learned how to use Planswift software through a free tutorial online, which I utilized with the next company I worked for. Stone Marble & Granite supplier allowed me to pursue my passion in estimating and work for them. I'm grateful for their generosity when it comes to growth and knowledge in Quantity Surveying, specifically in Stone Marble materials.
In this generation where free knowledge is within our reach through online, I took the advantage and learned some useful Marketing Tools.
- Uploading blogs & portfolio on Wordpress & Wix- Designing Graphic Posters & Itineraries using Photoshop & Canva
- Doing marketing campaigns such as Email broadcast, Landing Pages & Sign-up forms

- Editing videos, composing SEO'd descriptions & tags for YouTube uploads
- Encoding gathered Data, Lead Generation & Research on Google Sheets
