I deploy GHL Voice AI, VAPI, and Conversation AI agents that handle inbound calls, qualify leads by asking the right questions, and book appointments without a human picking up the phone. For a real estate investor, my AI voice agent qualifies seller motivation, timeline, and budget, then routes hot leads to the team in real-time. For a dental practice, Conversation AI dropped response time from 6 hours to under 2 minutes and bookings jumped 45%.
RAG Systems and Vector Database Pipelines
I design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using Pinecone, Supabase pgvector, and ChromaDB as the vector store layer. Documents, SOPs, knowledge bases, and CRM data are chunked, embedded using OpenAI or Anthropic embedding models, and retrieved contextually at inference time. Used for building closed-world AI agents that answer only from verified internal data, internal knowledge base chatbots, AI-powered document search, and automated lead enrichment pipelines that pull structured context before a GPT-4o or Claude decision node runs.
