1. Outbound Sales Calls – I have worked for a Canada client before where I
was tasked to call Toronto companies and offer logos and websites. If they’re
interested, I follow-up with them and connect them to the owner, which is my
client.
2. Inbound Calls – I am also comfortable receiving calls from clients and
answering their queries and connecting them to another tea-----------mber, thru
warm or cold transfer.
3. Appointment Setting - Since 2021, I have been scheduling for my clients. I
call companies, text clients, or email them. I used Google Calendar,
Power2Practice, Mojo Dialer.
4. Cold-Calling - I also have experience on cold calling companies and
individuals to offer logos, solar panels, real estate.
5. Email Handling/Management - I was also tasked to email clients of their
appointments/visits
6. Real Estate – I once worked before as a Real estate cold caller, offering
houses to residents. I used Mojo Dialer, Real Geeks
7. Data Entry
8. Phone Support Apps – For phone apps, I have used RingCentral,
MojoDialer, Deal Machine
9. CRM – I have experience using Hubspot, RealGeeks, Physiofunnels
10. Customer Service Calls – I also have working experience as a customer
service representative in telecommunications companies, e-commerce websites,
construction
