KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Manage Account Receivables and Account Payables.
?Accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
?Generate statements of fees and send collection notices of delinquent accounts.
?Ensure accuracy in record-keeping and categorize financial transactions.
?Maintain the general ledger, and trial balance and conduct regular account reconciliations.
?Perform regular bank reconciliations, credit cards, and other accounts to ensure consistency between bank statements and the company's financial records.
?Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support the company's decision-making.
?Budget preparation, forecasting, and providing insights on variances. Maintain clean and complete records and coordinate with the auditors.
