I worked as an Assistant Property Manager with Mayco Real Estate Services. I've handled 100+ properties located in Shreveport and Bossier City. I used to post the properties on leasing websites such as Zillow getting all the leads and reaching out to prospective tenants to get the property rented as soon as possible. I've also processed rental applications calculating the applicant's damage deposit using their screening report for certain risk factors. One of my tasks is reaching out to the owner's preferred vendors for maintenance requests once submitted to the tenant's online portal or if needed. We also used to process lease renewals for tenants each month as well as for commercial properties. We are also processing Smart Bills Entry in AppFolio to pay utility bills and invoices for job orders. We are also doing delinquencies collecting rent on the 2nd and filing for eviction on the 5th without an approved payment arrangement.
