I am customer service representative for over a year now. I have handled travel account where I was helping customers to book, cancel, and modify their flight reservation, car rental reservation, hotel reservation and activity reservation. Aside from that, I became a sales loan associate where I was helping customers to get their loan application approved by completing all the documents needed. I am currently working in a retail account where I am helping the customers to solve their concerns with regards to their orders and I am saving them from the cancellation of their membership.
