Hello! I am Lovely, a Registered Psychometrician and Certified Mental Health First Responder with a strong background in psychological assessment, counseling support, and client engagement. I currently work as a University Psychometrician and Psychology Instructor, where I administer assessments, provide feedback, and support individuals in understanding their emotional well-being and personal development.
My professional experience includes guiding students through psychological evaluations, providing emotional support, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining confidential records in accordance with ethical standards. I also served as a Head Volunteer Counselor for a Southeast Asia–based youth support organization, where I provided online emotional support and supervised peer support teams assisting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and personal challenges.
With my training in psychology and my experience in communication, assessment, and support services, I am passionate about improving the patient or client experience through compassionate engagement, clear communication, and structured support.
