Loan originator - doing outbound calls, assisting customers on their loan applications/Collections agent-doing outbound call, collecting overdue bills and helping them out to plan for a payment plan. Also doing floor works when asked/Loan complete exception review-back office job, classifying documents and extracting information on the documents that was submitted by the customer for their mortgage application
