I've become CSR for some of the biggest companies in the world like Barclays, Capital One, Direct TV and Bose. Then I've decided to try work from home. I started as a telemarketer for a private company in the US, we help people to get approved with their Government grant application. After that I've become a Data encoder/ product researcher for ----------- and it's part time only, then the last one is being a retention agent for another private company in the US, I convince customers to stay long with the company and provide them offers and make everything possible.I do also have administrative skills like doing payroll, time tracking, appointment setting. I've practiced this skills outside the bpo industry.
