I handle multiple clients in different lines of business, such as retail and MSP, and support them with various IT issues and requests.
I have hands-on experience in using ServiceNow, Active Directory, ASG-Zena, System Admin, Micros Opera, Focus, Amadeus, M365 tools, Citrix, AdAxes, JIRA, Ivanti, Remote Desktop tools, CDK, and Azure. I also work with hardware such as phones, tablets, desktops, printers, and laptops. I have developed strong skills in device management, mobile device management, and troubleshooting. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2019, where I learned how to communicate effectively, research thoroughly, and work under pressure.
