I have six (6) years of experience in various field such as cost estimation, quantity take-offs, structural design, and consultation for construction and industrial projects. My work with NEC-based contracts has helped me develop strong skills in cost analysis, client and subcontractor coordination, and email management, alongside a solid foundation in contracts management.
I have successfully delivered estimation projects remotely for international clients, preparing detailed BOQs, take-offs, and marked-up drawings using PlanSwift, Bluebeam, STAAD, RCDC and Excel.
With a strong foundation in BOQs, cost proposals, design analysis and RFIs, my work reflects precision, teamwork, and efficiency.
