Currently have 8 years of international call center experience (BPO). Have handled inbound, outbound, email, chat and back office works. Been in the freelancing world for 10 months now and I have experienced doing recruitment, cold calling, sales and lead generation.
Aside from being in a call center industry for years now, I also have knowledge in basic photoshop and video editing through Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere. During my free time, I sometimes spend my day learning and creating music through music production.
