Conducts thorough reviews and evaluations of submitted documents, including Technical Specifications, Technical Drawings/Plans, and the Scope of Works. Prepares and analyzes the Bill of Materials, which includes performing quantity take-offs, measuring, and estimating both material and labor costs. Requests and assesses Supplier Quotations and Technical Bids, ensuring they fulfill the Scope of Works and comply with client specifications. Examines Subcontract Agreements (SCA) to verify compliance with the specified scope of work. Collaborates with project teams to identify any discrepancies or necessary adjustments in project documentation. Maintains clear communication with suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate timely and accurate project execution. Monitors project budgets and timelines to ensure that all materials and services are procured efficiently and effectively.
