For 17 years, I have worked in the BPO industry, commonly known as the call center industry and have successfully functioned in different roles. I have taken a change in direction and so now I am looking for work-at-home opportunities because I know that I can learn progressively with this new challenge. I am flexible and goal-oriented. What I want to do now is to develop myself further in a more relaxed environment---my home, as I gain new experiences and partnerships through this endeavor.
As an empowered and responsible employee/partner, I focus on continuous improvement. I value being methodical with the things that I do but I am able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. I can drive and lead, but at the same time, also be a good follower. Being so, I worked with the leadership team and my team for us to improve performance, then, sustain top-notch performance and constantly ensure business profitability. I make sure that I satisfy clients, my employer and the people who work for me, and with me.
I love training, coaching and developing people to be competent in their roles. I like to describe this as enabling people.
Peers, superiors and subordinates describe me as process-oriented, analytical, a culture builder and a talent development advocate. I describe myself with just one word---passionate.
I value integrity and strong work ethics, above all.
I am skilled with MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Ms PowerPoint. I am good in analyzing and interpreting training and performance data. I have designed a number of learning modules in the past 15 years. I have facilitated a lot of learning sessions, managed different teams (different accounts, different LOBs), worked on different tasks and projects. I am usually independent, but as mentioned above, I can also be collaborative and work harmoniously with a team. I can use these skills to help you meet your objectives.
I was a campus journalist in college and used to blog when I was much younger. I was also an English tutor around that time.
I am putting a '0' on the Desired Salary section of my profile because this is negotiable for me. I believe that compensation should be reasonable in any kind of work or employment.
