As a professional civil engineer, it is my utmost concern to be a responsible, efficient, and effective individual and leader. I was able to gain experience and knowledge that led me to have the essentials of being a leader. Being in the construction industry, I trained myself to have great communication, leadership, and posses the skills that are needed for technicalities - mastery of plans and software, management of materials, people, and time.
