FRACTIONAL COO & SYSTEMS ARCHITECT
I embed as a fractional COO and systems architect. I build the operating system that growing agencies and ecommerce brands actually run on, so teams stay accountable and the founder stops being the bottleneck.
Agencies are where I focus first. I am currently building the full operating system for a UK ecommerce growth agency: governance, delivery architecture, client lifecycle from onboarding through delivery, service templates, and a complete SOP system in ClickUp. The goal is an agency that ships consistently without the founder in every project. I have also led cross-functional operations across research, creative, and marketing at Rescale, coordinating delivery between departments that usually work in silos.
In ecommerce, my most recent role was Interim COO at a dropshipping company. I managed around 20 people across creative, marketing, customer support, research, and tech, with 5 direct reports. Under my operational leadership the business grew from around $20K/day to around $50K/day over six months, with a $72K peak day in month seven. I rebuilt the entire operational backbone: ClickUp workspace architecture, automation workflows, KPI dashboards, SOP libraries, and the accountability structure that held it together. Before that I spent 4+ years as E-Commerce Operations Lead at Intelegencia across two Shopify accounts.
I also build AI into the operation itself. I have built 150+ automations and AI agents in n8n that take manual work off the team: department task handoffs, QA and ticket auditing, creative production, research pipelines, and reporting. Same team, more output, because the system does the repetitive work instead of a person. When a business says it wants AI that reduces manual headcount, this is what I actually build, in production, every day.
Beyond agencies and ecommerce, I have built operating systems across property management, construction, real estate, and claims processing: four businesses consolidated into one workspace, procurement automation that cut manual admin in half, and a full operation stood up from zero in 30 days.
What I bring:
Systems and automation: ClickUp workspace architecture, automation layers in n8n, Make, and Zapier, AI agents and workflows, KPI dashboards, and SOP libraries. When the system is right, the team does not need me in every conversation.
People and delivery management: One-on-ones, performance accountability, hiring and onboarding, and client lifecycle from onboarding through delivery. I build real relationships with the team, so when I push back, it lands.
Operational fluency: Delivery and project pipelines, reporting cadences, and a profit-first read of the numbers. In ecommerce that means the full funnel, product research through Meta Ads reporting, with BER, ROAS, and LTV.
I work from the Gold Standard Operations Framework: Technical, Procedural, and Behavioral Excellence. Build the right foundation, embed the process where the work happens, and make adoption stick through training and accountability.
