I have experienced as a customer service representatives for both inbound and outbound calls from one company to another. I have basically handling account for tele sales which focuses on credit card and loan services for potentials customers that has future needs.
I am flexible and able to adapting new things. Im unemployed previously at outsourced services to customers relating to healthcare and insurance verification for providing medical supplies from their insurance for approved treatments base on the clinical notes and prescription. I worked for total of 8 years working in bpo industries from US clients and has many varieties of experienced in freelance in appointment setting for identifying potential clients, reaching them on social media, and scheduling an appointment as well as in lead generation role through outreach email. So Far I was able to work for nightshift for 40 hours a week or so or part time.
