Right now, I’m working as a Senior Service Desk Engineer where I handle everything from day-to-day tech support to automating processes using PowerShell and HEAT Ivanti. I’ve also worked with Avaya systems, Linux setups, Citrix environments, and managed inventory for company devices like laptops and monitors.
One of my strengths is turning manual, repetitive tasks into efficient automated workflows. I enjoy solving problems, supporting teams, and making IT operations smoother and faster.
