I started my career in Human Resources when I first worked in a company owned by the Feliciano Group of Companies which is engaged in lending and banking industries. For career growth, I was hired at Toyota located in Abad Santos Manila as an HR Generalist. Moving on with my career, I’ve been an HR Supervisor also in a car industry which is Hyundai North Edsa - PGA cars Inc. owned by one of the top billionaires in the Philippines which is the Coyiuto Group. Importer of luxury cars such as Bentley, Audi, Porsche and Lamborghini and also involved in insurance, real estate, securities, air transport, oil exploration, power transmission and exclusive distributor handling General HR which includes employee relations, labor relations, training and development, recruitment and placement, HR policies, performance management, personnel managament, payroll and timekeeping. Currently, I’m working at Toyota Valenzuela, Inc. as HR & Admin. Manager handling general HR and Administration.
