In my most recent role as a New Business Operations Manager, I oversaw a team handling AI Data Annotation and segmentation, where I gained invaluable experience in managing complex technical processes and ensuring high-quality outputs.
My leadership journey has been supported by a commitment to continuous learning and development. I have undergone specialized training programs tailored to enhance my leadership skills, including courses such as Responsive Web Design, Generative AI for Leaders, Systemic Team Coaching, and Strategic Thinking in Problem Solving. These trainings have equipped me with the tools and strategies necessary to effectively lead teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Furthermore, I am currently undergoing training in Project Management, Data Analysis using Python, and Supply Chain Management and Analysis, among other relevant areas.
