Team Leader, Client Success Manager and Training Manager

I have over 8 years of experience working home
based and en----------- the variety of work the job brings each day. I've worked with
various types of companies such as Recruitment Agency, Real Estate, Insurance
and an E-Commerce Company. I also have an experience as a home-based ESL
teacher.

I have
almost 11 years of experience working in BPO. In order to provide excellent
customer service, I was assigned into various departments such as Operations,
Quality and Training Department. I have handled different types of accounts and
used different channels to communicate with the customers such as phone, email
and chat.

I also
have a background in Lead Generation, Technical accounts, Sales, Inbound and
Outbound collections. Moreover, I possess a demonstrated ability to work with
integrated tea-----------mbers and have shown flexibility in working in a fast paced
environment.
