I have been in the research and analysis field since 2008 doing both primary and secondary research. Job scope for these roles include, but are not limited to the following:
- contact list building; finding business and personal information online
- organizing information and structuring format on Excel- doing data-driven analysis and drawing actionable insights
- creating reports using various formats: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- communicating findings and insights to internal or external clients who are usually based in other parts of the world, including the U.S.
