- Manages categories in website per product level
- Updates promotions and specifications per item
- Responsible in maintaining accurate data about the items listed in the site
- Executes "Content Projects" to continuously update and improve the website
- Creation of new items to be listed
- Supports Shop Online team (Sales) for product concerns
- Data consolidation for weekly and monthly reporting
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Making sure that the content meets the desired quality standards by checking the style, tone, structure, grammar, and other important aspects of each text that match the clients’ needs- examining the relevance and accuracy of the sources used in the content creation
- Proofreading
-Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Meeting QA task deadlines.
