• Ticketing administration and assignment for IT Asset I----------- & Service Requests (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow)
• Experienced in deploying physically corporate IT assets and infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge in troubleshooting & installation of computer software/hardware
• Knowledge on IT Asset Transfer Process (permanent & temporary) (PEZA permit for inter & intrazonal transfers)
• Knowledge of hardware asset management processes including knowledge of hardware maintenance, from acquisition, (delivery, proper endorsement, deployment, replacement) and disposal (IT Asset Life cycle).
• Self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously
