I started working as a freelancer way back year 2021, I do task basis job in an Aesthetic Industry to create the courses and manuals for their Aesthetic Clinics and in the Cars/Dealership industry to support as Data Encoder. I also did community moderations jobs wherein managing the social media platforms like Twitter, ----------- and Telegram to build engagement in the community that I supported or working with. I also worked as Customer Support Associate in an in-house company where I was the first point of contact for North America market customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email – this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Pursuing a job as a Customer Support Associate also known as Excellence Officer in a Real Estate in Dubai providing quality service to customer as an Owners Association Management with various types of communities, including residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. Issuing instructions and policies on matters related to the Jointly Owners Associations Dubai Property Law, we are able to provide full guidance and support with online, paperless transactions.
