Hi, my name is Ma. Catherine Cantoria. I am currently residing in Manila, Philippines. I am 28 years old, an undergraduate in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management.
A big chunk of my work experience is in the customer service industry. I've handled different campaigns, and been in various roles like technical support, sales, billing, collections, and retention which developed my skills to learn and master specific roles quickly. It also taught me to be flexible and knowledgeable of the tools and systems that we use for different accounts. Additionally, I have experience working as a virtual assistant and content writer.
In my free time, I love to relax, to travel with my family. I am also an art enthusiast. I paint, I draw, I do arts and crafts, and I also do photography and video editing as a hobby.
