I'm ----------- R. -----------, a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education and a Licensed Professional Teacher. My working experience, I have been a call center agent for 6 months at TechMahindra Ltd. My duties are answering incoming calls, listening to customer concerns, resolving problems, and recommending products and services according to their needs. After my call center journey, I d----------- to join and learn more about Sales and applied to ----------- as a Customer Success Representative for 2 years and 5 months, our duties were to qualify leads, close deals, do the outbound calls, send emails, and proposals using Hubspot CRM, and also taking care of our clients and leaving them a satisfaction about the service that we gave to them.
I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for 2 years which is a work-from-home setup. I worked with a project-based job also and my recent job was as a Career Consultant for more than a year. We called the client who signed up on our website and joined the webinar. We offer online education like Data Analytics, Web Developer, and Digital Marketing Courses. We are using AMO CRM where we take notes of the conversation with the client and send email if they don’t answer the call. We are also assisting them on how to enroll in the course and explain to them how education will change their lives.
Recently, I worked at Nexford University as an Application Specialist. My daily tasks are outbound calls in B2B Sales, qualifying the leads, and offering a program that will suit their interests and goals. We offer a variety of programs including short university certificates, Bachelor's Degrees, and Master's Degrees. Unfortunately, the company had to downsize, and I was among those affected by the layoffs.
Moving forward, I am looking for a job where I can stay longer. I am open to new learning, I can manage my time so I can perform my tasks accordingly, good at planning and organizing, and I also can maintain a strict level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
