I always craved to learn. Years spent working in various settings from managing entire teams (5 to 30 members) to working with individual clients has taught me not only the skills and tools needed to accomplish tasks and reach goals, but also having the right attitude, professionalism, and open-mindedness in accepting criticisms and negative feedback, learn from it, and never repeating it again. My experiences has taught me to be more vigilant on minor lapses and be more attentive to details, as these all add up eventually.
I get intrigued in new processes and try to find ways to further improve it once it is fully understood. I make sure that my client is fully aware of the status on current tasks and communicate any difficulties clearly with them. I wish to learn from them and maybe share my knowledge for their own improvement as well.
My goal is to make sure that my clients focus on things only they can do. I want to make sure that they have time and care for their personal lives just as much as I value mine.
I crave for people enthusiastic on their chosen crafts as I also benefit not only through new knowledge, but also understand why they are so passionate about it. I want to be a part of their progress, just like my former colleagues and clients.
