After finishing her degree in 2004, ----------- practiced her profession in one of the top Toll Manufacturing companies in the Philippines, mainly focusing on financial transactions; payments, documents like invoices, payable and receivable accounts, auditing, and tracking expenses.
After 3 years and through the course of her career, ----------- developed a fascination for Human Resources. She underwent pieces of training related to HR such as Talent Acquisition, Labor Code Law Implementation, Trainer's Training, etc. She embraced her role as an HR Assistant, focusing more on recruitment and employee’s onboarding.
In 2008, ----------- joined the BPO industry mainly catering US, UK and AU clients. She was recognized as the Top Trainee for an Internet Service Provider in the US and was the 2nd top agent for that particular account.
While she enjoyed her thriving career in the BPO, an opportunity called her to join the Virtual Assistant industry where she met WBECS founder Ben Croft.

She was the Support Team Manager and is responsible for managing the whole Philippines team who works in a co-working space/office. Her job is to maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures. ??----------- is also doing training, coaching, and strategic planning while coordinating with and reporting to senior management in the organization.
